Everything there was really good and the staff were lovely friendly and flexible. The location was lovely and excellent because it was so close to the music festival, train station, and the town centre. Also, such main attraction as Egglescliffe War Memorial was 2 km from this hotel. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and complete with a sandwich and good coffee, for example.

The hotel of choice in Yarm. Guest room with the advertised Bed, 4 post bed plus the shower. Attentive and flexible staff and attention to detail. Convenient and perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Found in the fantastic area. Good restaurant.

Liked my time here. Everything was really good as expected. The breakfast here was sensational with good coffee and a sandwich. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the train station. Moreover, it was near to the very popular town centre, decent restaurants and field view.

The breakfast was excellent and served in the dining area with a wide range of food. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with 4 post bed. The location was great for traveling around Yarm, close to a train line, the town centre and Yarm train station. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Yarm Castle.
